June 3, 2024 marked the 108th anniversary of the U.S. Army Veterinary Corps. A small celebration was held on base at JBSA - Lackland by the Military Working Dog Teams National Monument.
The Airman Heritage Foundation welcomes TSgt David Garver to the team as the organization's new Military Working Dog Teams National Monument Liaison.
Guardians of Freedom Air Show took place at Sheppard AFB from April 27 - 28. The Airman Heritage Foundation supported the event by showcasing historical artifacts and outfitting volunteers in USAF period uniforms to create a living museum.
