Celebrate 76 Years of Heritage with Shaw AFB

The Airman Heritage Foundation (AHF) joined members of the United States Air Force and United States Army at Shaw Air Force Base to celebrate the USAF’s 76th anniversary this past October. Volunteers from Shaw AFB and Sumter Little Theatre wore period uniforms that were provided by the AHF and participated in historical reenactments to honor past service members. In attendance of this celebration were service members, their families, community leaders, and even the 16th Chief Master Sergeant of the Air Force, Chief James A. Roy.
