Ricardo Ramirez


Ricardo A. (Rick) Ramirez, MSgt, USAF (Ret), is a Board member of the Airman Heritage Foundation and serves on the Fundraising Committee as Manager of the AHF Legacy Paver Program. In this capacity he is responsible for managing all aspects of the AHF strategic planning and operational implementation of the highly successful fundraising activity. He completed 26 years of service with more than 15 years of Senior Human Resources and Project management experience. He has led contract development and negotiations, employee relations, mentoring programs, corporate and international and training leadership development. Ramirez currently serves as a project manager at Brooke Army Medical Center where he manages multiple contracts worth more than $15 million and executes strategic and tactical level business plans. He also serves as Director of Workforce Readiness for the San Antonio Human Resource Management Association and as a Board member of the Centurion Military Alliance that assists transitioning military members prepare for civilian careers. He joined the AHF Board in 2012.
