Foundation partners with the Oral History Project

In partnership with PCI, the Airman Heritage Foundation is launching The Oral History Project in honor of the United States Air Force’s 75th Birthday! This year long program will work to capture the stories of American Airmen in your own voice. Stories will be transcribed into a hardbound and digital edition that will not only be a wonderful keepsake for all those who participate and their families, but a beautiful opportunity to preserve the history of the American Airman.

Postcards will be sent to current members of the Airman Heritage Foundation this September inviting you to participate at no cost. The anticipated release of these efforts will coincide in September 2022, in time for the United States Air Force’s historic 75th Birthday.

If you have any questions about the Oral History Project, contact the Foundation at marketing@myairmanmuseum.org.
